Some notes on Cantabon Cave:
Challenging but totally doable. Took us a little over 2 hours. Lots of stooped walking. Some parts you need to bend, crawl and lift yourself up but it is something even non gym goers can do.
There’s no swimming or ropes invlved but expect to get wet and dirty navigating through narrow vertical climbs, waist deep water at high humidity. Flip flops are ok but trekking sandal or aqua shoes are better.
Don’t bring any gadgets with you as you will be waist deep in water for some parts. Helmets and head lamps will be provided. Just bring a waterproof camera and your good.
Be prepared to be drenched in water. Bring an extra set of clothes to change after.
From start to finish, 1-2 hours rt depending on how fast the group moves.
