For this Puerto Galera getaway,  we avoided the usual white island and went instead to Boquete Island. One of the islands at Muelle Bay. The beach is nice, secluded, no crowd and loud party music. We practically have the island to ourselves that weekend. Awesome! Only downside was the limited food choicesat the resort. Although we found some restaurants along Muelle Pier which is 10 mins by foot and another 3 mins by boat.

We went around the cove, hiked and swam at the underground cave, ate sea urchins, jumped at some big rocks. Went island hopping and did some snorkeling too. The next day we jungle hiked for 40 minutes to Haligue cove which is on the other side of Muelle bay.
